Mission 宗旨

The mission of international school exchange programs is to enhance knowledge, develop friendship among peoples, invest in future leaders, and prepare students for work in the global economy and in international service projects. This is a critical time for schools to invest in education about the world by adapting curriculum and by connecting with schools in other countries.

跨国校际交流的宗旨是增强不同国家人民之间的了解和建立友谊；同时也是培养学生参与国际服务项目的能力和将来参与国际竞争的能力。这是对未来领导者的一种投资。学校应投资有关世界的教育，完善教学大纲并与其他国家的学校建立联系，从而使学生了解世界。

Services for Shadowing Projects

A top down-bottom up dynamic is the most effective way to change our schools. Enlisting superintendents and principals to experience education in China with professional Chinese counterparts in a joint shadowing project can open their eyes to the world, transform them into visionary leaders, and encourage them to empower teacher champions for international projects — all to the benefit of students who will live in a very different world, as global citizens.
